People for Public Leadership received a grant through Echidna Giving, which they will subgrant to Reap Benefit for programming in India. The People for Public Leadership team drafted a Subgrant Agreement based upon a template shared by a partner organization in their network. They are comfortable with the terms from an Indian law perspective. Now, they are seeking assistance reviewing the terms of the Subgrant Agreement, to ensure that the contract complies with the law of the U.S.
